Attorney - Jeffrey Francisco
Attorney Francisco is a graduate of Harvard University and Albany Law School of Union University. He has maintained a private law practice as well as being an Amsterdam City Court Judge where Mr. Francisco handled criminal and civil trials and regular court calendars. Mr. Francisco is a Montgomery County Public Defender, where he is providing legal counsel to the underserved. He has been lead attorney on murder, rape, drug, forgery, burglary, arson, and larceny trial cases to name just a few.

Attorney Francisco is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State and Montgomery and Fulton County Bar Associations as well as the Capital District Bankruptcy Bar Association.

Kari Hawkins
Kari Hawkins has been with the Francisco Law Firm since 1996 and handles all of the real estate, title work, bankruptcy and traffic cases for the firm. She is a graduate of SUNY Cobleskill, a New York State Notary Public and has attended continuing education seminars for Paralegal and Federal Bankruptcy Law, as well as Stewart and Chicago Title training seminars.

Kari has a vast knowledge of bankruptcy law, petition and motion preparation and real estate work. She is also co-owner of Immediate Closing, LLC, wherein she handles real estate closings, bank mortgages, owner and mortgage title work, mortgage refinances, purchases and sales of commercial and residential real property.
